I’m just going to start with the best, and one that’s actually by resort hotels. The Pleasure Principle is a very popular place, and when you go you’ll see why. Oh, yeah, this is a brothel. You can do the typical “get a room” thing with one of the girls, or you can ask the management for one that can actually do a real massage – with much more afterwards. It’s going to cost you a lot, but believe me, this place is worth it, if only visiting once. You’ll easily spend around $250-$400 for the full sex session.

Mary’s is the most popular brothel for those who don’t want to spend a ton of money at Pleasure Principle (see above). This probably provides the best in terms of value, and yes, there are plenty of “massage ladies” to choose from.
When you reach that building in a quiet side street in downtown Cancun, just ring the bell and they will open the door for you. You will be accompanied to the lobby where they have the available ladies line up in front of you (usually 5-7). It’s quite impressive as they wear see-through dresses and eagerly smile at you. The spa is just a house on a residential street without a real sign. There is a small “abierto” (open) sign inside the door, but it is hard to see from the street. You have a few options to get there, you can take the public bus from the hotel zone, get off at Bonempak Ave and walk from there, or just take a taxi.
This place opens early at 9:00am, but you’re better off waiting until around 2:00pm to make sure that all of the girls are there.
